Qingdao Construction Group Won the Bid for Project of
Houses for Settlement in Zhuangzi Community of Licang District
On July 4, CNQC won the general contracting engineering of Project of Houses for Settlement in Zhuangzi Community of Licang District successfully. The contract amount is 0.532 billion yuan and the total building area including 29 balconies is 0.18 million square meters.
Project of Houses for Settlement in Zhuangzi Community of Licang District is the shack renovation project of the main urban area of Qingdao and the important “two changes” project of Licang District in 2016. After completion of the project, the renovation project of Sujia Xiahe and Liujia Xiahe will be connected together and it will become a newly-rising new type ecological residential area in the east of Licang District.
