　　The Party Committee of CNQC Organized the Meeting of Advanced Model Persons

　　In the afternoon of May 16, the Party Committee of CNQC organized and held a meeting of advanced model persons. Eight representatives in total of the advanced project department and the outstanding staffs who have won the honor above the city level in 2016 attended the meeting. Ding Hongbin, the secretary of the Party Committee of the CNQC, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Liu Zhouxue, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, hosted the meeting.

　　In the speech of Ding Hongbin, he congratulated the project department and persons winning the advanced honor and affirmed their contributions and performance in the process of the development of Group. Ding Hongbin also shared his own life experience. He pointed out that the Group had always been attaching importance to cultivating young staffs and the chairman Du Bo also paid attention to the development of the generations after 1980s and the young staffs. Ding Hongbin thanked all advanced model staffs for their contributions on development of the Group. He pointed out that their contributions were mainly reflected in two aspects, one of which was contributions on their work and the other of which was contributions on the working environment and the Group brand. He said that the working environment of “emulating, leaning from, catching up with, helping and surpassing” shall be created. The advanced model persons were the advocated and directional standard. The higher the standard was, the more outstanding the image was and the larger the improvement space of staffs was when learning from the advanced model persons. The larger the space was, the faster the development was by means of continuous hard working.

　　Ding Hongbin proposed four requirements. Firstly, the Party Committee of the Group should require all organizations and leaders to pay attention to work of the advanced model persons so as to make the advanced model persons play a demonstration and leading role fully through propagating and praising the advanced model persons. Secondly, the advanced model persons should play a demonstration and leading role so as to set a good example for other staffs. Thirdly, the Group should build an advanced management team by the demonstration and leading role of the advanced model persons and thereby consolidating the basis of the business of the Group constantly. Fourthly, the advanced model persons should guard against arrogance and improve themselves through constant learning to make still further progress and the advanced model persons also should get well with and cooperate with other staff to push the businesses of the Group to a new level.
